GOV'T MULE TO RETURN AT THE BEACON THEATRE ON 12/30 & 12/31
Gov’t Mule returns to The Beacon Theatre for their annual New York City New Year’s run with 2 shows on Friday, December 30th and Saturday, December 31st. With the band having only played one prior show this year, these shows are sure to be something special. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Gov't Mule spending New Year’s in New York and they will be celebrating in tradition with their very special 3-set performance on New Year’s Eve. VIP Packages for the two shows will go on-sale Monday July 25th at 3pm Eastern here. The public on-sale will be Friday July 29th at Noon ET.

MOUNTAIN JAM VII
Radio Woodstock and acclaimed guitarist Warren Haynes present the seventh annual Mountain Jam Music Festival at Hunter Mountain, in Hunter, NY from Thursday, June 2, to Sunday, June 5, 2011. For the first time, Mountain Jam will expand to include four days of music and camping. Govt Mule will headline Mountain Jam for the seventh consecutive year on Saturday, June 3. Gov't Mule's two-set performance at Mountain Jam VII on June 4th will be one of only a few select appearances for the group in 2011. Modern rock heroes My Morning Jacket will return to the festival after five years to headline on Sunday, June 5. The newly formed Warren Haynes Band, a soul-infused ensemble, will make its debut northeast festival appearance, headlining on Friday, June 3rd. We've spent the last few months discussing different theme ideas for this year's New Year's Eve show at The Beacon Theatre in NYC. Of all the ideas that came up, we kept coming back to a theme we have been calling "Get Behind The Mule: Past, Present and Future." As part of Get Behind the Mule we will be looking to play The Ultimate Gov't Mule set list, and we would like our fans to have some input as to what songs we include.

We're asking you to vote for your favorite songs of ours, your favorite songs that we cover, and a few that you always wanted to hear us cover. ANOTHER ONE FOR WOODY
On September 21 2000, following the passing of Allen Woody, a founding member of Gov't Mule and longtime Allman Brothers Band bass player, many of his friends and musical heroes came together to celebrate his life at a historic concert at Roseland Ballroom in New York City. "One For Woody" was a landmark event that lives on as a cherished memory for all those who were in attendance. On November 22nd 2010 at Roseland, "Another One For Woody" will feature sets by The Allman Brothers Band, Gov't Mule and The North Mississippi Allstars Duo (Luther and Cody Dickinson) along with many special guests who were touched by Allen's friendship, music and memory. Like the original concert, "Another One For Woody" all net proceeds will go to a cause near to Allen's heart. This 10th Anniversary event will raise money for musical education in schools.

TWO WEST COAST SHOWS WITH WIDESPREAD PANIC
Gov't Mule will kick of a West Coast Tour that will lead into another very special Halloween show by playing two shows with Widespread Panic on October 23rd at The Joint @ The Hard Rock in Las Vegas, NV and October 24th at Open Sky Amphitheatre in San Diego, CA. Pre-Sale tickets will be available this Wednesday July 28th through Mule Ticketing at 10am Eastern Time. The rest of the dates for our West Coast Tour will be announced very very soon.

RALEIGH RE-SCHEDULED FOR 7.26
The Gov't Mule concert scheduled to take place at the Raleigh Amphitheater on July 16 has been rescheduled for July 26. Tickets purchased for the July 16 concert will be honored night of show on July 26. The original concert, this past Friday, needed to be halted 3 songs into Gov’t Mule’s show due to severe weather. Jackie Greene who opened the show and was able to perform his entire set before the storm hit, has prior commitments and will not be performing on July 26. ALLMAN BROTHERS @ THE UNITED PALACE IN NYC
In what has become a rite of passage and annual destination for fans of the Allman Brothers Band, the iconic and revered group will return to New York City in March 2010 for a lengthy residency beginning March 11, with eight shows confirmed (March 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20), just as they have since 1989. 2010 marks a change of venue for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame group: they’re taking their act uptown to the 3200-capacity United Palace Theatre (formerly known as the 175th Street Theatre) in lieu of the Beacon Theatre which is unable to host the ABB due to a 2010 scheduling conflict.
